How Booking Works

Three steps, no surprises

Step 1

Request your room

Pick a room below and choose your date, start time, and length (1 to 8 hours) on Cal.com. Answer the short booking questions about your project.

Step 2

ELUS confirms

Every request requires confirmation. ELUS reviews it personally, and the exact studio address is confirmed by email after booking.

Step 3

Secure it and show up

Pay the 50 percent deposit to secure the session, and bring the remaining balance at the start of your session.

Booking policy

  • Deposit and payment: A 50 percent deposit is required to secure a booking. Preferred payment method is Cash App ($kindgenius). Other digital methods accepted.
  • Balance: The remaining balance is due at the start of your session.
  • Refund and reschedule: To reschedule or receive a refund, notify at least 5 hours before the session. Cancellations made with less than 5 hours notice will not be refunded.
  • Late arrival: If you run late, your session still ends at the booked time.
  • Confirmation: Booking requests are not final until ELUS confirms them. The exact address is confirmed by email after booking.
